Beverley Apartments, Apartment 2, Dover, Christ Church

Beverley Apartments is a beautiful stately Barbadian Home converted into a few apartments.  Apartment 2 has large, lovely rooms with hardwood floors and high ceilings.  You enter through a large, private, covered terrace enclosed by large windows and a secure door which gives you the feeling of being outdoors but with the added benefit being safe at all hours of the day and night.

The galley kitchen has all the amenities that you will need, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.  There is a laundry, which is shared with Apartment 1, on the compound.

The master bedroom has a large king-sized bed, plenty of closet space, an air conditioning unit, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, and air conditioning unit, a dresser, and lots of cupboard space.

The entire property is enclosed and has a large mature garden, ideal for strolling in the evenings.

This property is in Dover Beach, where you will find the most beautiful white sandy beach and calm blue Caribbean waters.  There are many hotels, restaurants, shops, water sporting activity and much more to do and see.    Just one minute’s walk and you are in the heart of it all.

All utilities are included with a cap on the electricity of BBD$450.00.  A weekly cleaning service is included..

Rate given is for a minimum of 3 months stay.  

Weekly Rate is US$735.00/week for rentals less than 3 months.
